JKSSB Sub Inspector Eligibility Criteria

1. Domicile Requirement

Candidates must hold domicile status in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. A valid domicile certificate should be obtained on or before the application deadline.

For Male Candidates

Examination Details

1. Written Test

  • Objective-type questions in English.
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer.
  • Bonus marks for candidates with NCC certificates:
    • NCC “C” Certificate: 5% of total marks
    • NCC “B” Certificate: 3% of total marks
    • NCC “A” Certificate: 2% of total marks
